Vitalis provides general wellness observations only. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent disease, replace a clinician, or provide emergency care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number now.

Using Vitalis

By accessing Vitalis, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to your use where required. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your use of the service.

Service tiers and entitlement

Free access includes two scans in each rolling seven-day period, with all 12 canonical scan modes and the full interpretation of the current scan. Emergency & Safety information remains free and is separate from the 12 scan modes. Premium includes unlimited scans, timed personalised plans, extended history, trends, deeper cross-scan analysis and weekly reports. Eligible beta and legacy users retain their lifetime-access entitlement.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Premium subscriptions are recurring and are processed by Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Premium access continues through the paid period. Any refunds are handled where required by law or under the terms shown at purchase.

AI, camera and safety limits

AI-generated observations can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not use Vitalis to make urgent, clinical, employment, driving, sobriety, fitness-for-duty, or treatment decisions. Camera photos/video frames are transmitted transiently to Vitalis and Google Gemini for a chosen scan and are not persisted as raw images. Microphone input is processed only when you choose a voice feature.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or security, submit content you do not have permission to use, scrape or reverse engineer the service, interfere with others, or use Vitalis unlawfully. We may suspend or end access for breach, security, or operational reasons.

Our service and liability

We may change, maintain or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Vitalis is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, law and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact hello@meetvitalis.com with questions.
